Fluffy Review - The Lying Game by Sara Shepard
The Lying Game is the story of Emma who finds out she has a twin sister she has never met. After tracking her down and agreeing to meet her sister Sutton, Emma ends up being mistaken for Sutton, and when Sutton doesn't turn up she is stuck living Sutton's life in her place.
Things go from confused to bad for Emma when she receives a note saying that Sutton is dead and she must continue to play along and continue living the life of Sutton.
Will Emma be able to track down her sisters murderer when it turns out she had so many enemies that it could be anyone?
The Lying Game lives up to expectations and doesn't disappoint and it very definitely leaves you wanting more and I am desperate to read the sequel.
I enjoyed the pace of the novel but I have to admit I did get a little confused when reading and it was switching from Emma's to Sutton's point of view and I did have to re read a couple of lines occasionally. saying this I still thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and I was hooked from start to finish.
I highly recommend The Lying Game to any Pretty Little Liars fan or any Young adult fan even.
I give The Lying Game 4.5 stars out of 5
I want to thank NetGalley for allowing me to read and review this book for them.
